Wealth Artisan Disclosure

We want to be as transparent as possible with our readers. This website uses cookies to provide a better user experience to our readers and our advertising partners use cookies to serve you relevant ads.

We use Google Analytics to anonymously track use of our site so we know what content our readers like and where our readers are coming from (Google Search, Facebook, Twitter, some weird places we didn’t know about?).

Here’s the deal, we use technology that makes this site better and we try to make money for a couple of reasons:

  • We don’t want to be homeless.
  • We want our visitors to have a great experience.
  • We want to make stuff that you want to read or view.
  • We want to be here for years to come. How disappointing is it when you find a great website that has been abandoned? This site has been running strong for over 10 years!

How do we make money?

Primarily through display advertisements and affiliate sales. Our affiliate links will primarily have a /refer/ in their URLs or be followed by the text “(affiliate)”. Our affiliates pay us a small commission on sales made through these links.

We only endorse products that we actually like. If you see a review on this site, most are done for free, but some have been commissioned.

We make it clear up-front with anyone wishing to do this that we will give an honest opinion, whether they like it or not. Some advertisers weren’t OK with that, so we sent them packing. In case you think I’m making that up, I can prove that not all of our reviews are positive. Here’s an example.

Below is a more legally version of our disclosure.
