Read the review: https://wealthartisan.com/incfile-review/ When I first starter online, I was a sole proprietor. Most people are and don't even know it! If you sell on eBay, Etsy, or any other marketplace and you don't have a business entity like an LLC or Corporation, then you may be personally liable for any debts or lawsuits. That could mean losing a house, cars, investments and more. I'm not a lawyer, but these are the exact things I was told when I began researching building a business entity. Unfortunately, creating LLCs can be kind of complicated, and I didn't want to mess it up. Instead, I used a service called IncFile to help me create the LLC. I also decided to write an in-depth review of the service so others can learn from my experience. I created an LLC using IncFile, and I outline the entire experience in my review. I even used their EIN and Registered Agent services, so I could better review them. And I'm not being tricky here, I paid the full price, no discounts, favors, upgrades, or anything else! If you want to know what it's like creating a business entity with IncFile, and you're curious about all of the things you get in the Platinum package (such as the business bank account with Bank of America, talking with their affiliated CPA service, embossing seal, and the contract library you get), then read my full review. I spared no details. Read the review: http://bit.ly/IncFileYT
